As he left quickly I heard “Yes! Just 3 more for the quota!”
Back on my ship, I had Uncle Roans contact the police and military.
They instructed me to add a GPS app to my bracelet terminal and make contact. Don’t like being monitored but too scary to refuse, so I agreed. I’ll replace it after.
The next day at the designated coordinates, there were quite a few ships. At a glance, over 100 mid-size or larger, maybe 200 small craft. Too many for that one guy to recruit, so there must’ve been a good number of recruiters besides him.
Then a ship appeared and a mass communication came in.

we followed the instruction, and while it looked like tropical rainforest from above, from sea level there was a huge ceiling with over 100 mid-size or larger ships docked below.
Somehow they were hiding the fleet docked at sea and using overhead projection to disguise it with a tropical rainforest image.
With this much rainforest, increasing ships would raise no suspicion.
Being on water means fewer attacks from native organisms too.
Well, there’s still gigantic aquatic native organisms to watch for.
We were guided to open spots, docking as-is if floating, with added floats if difficult.
Luckily my [Patchwork] could float, so I docked at an end spot ready to depart immediately.
